We built Lead Sifter to demonstrate that business success doesn’t have to come at the expense of fairness. We are building the first trust-based insurance lead marketplace—one that lowers acquisition costs for agencies, protects consumers from harassment, and restores respect to the entire process of insurance prospecting.

In an industry where overselling leads has been normalized for profit, we chose a different path. The legacy model floods consumers with unwanted calls and drains agency budgets, yet no one had incentive to change it—until now! Lead Sifter was built from the ground up to eliminate those inefficiencies and give agents a fair chance to compete, regardless of size.

Our proudest accomplishment is designing a system where every participant wins. Agencies access affordable, high-quality leads one at a time, while consumers connect with the best-fit policy without being bombarded. When an unconverted lead is sold back to us, it re-enters the system improved, enhanced by what was learned from prior interactions—turning every attempt into progress.
